With a foundation in retail leadership spanning a decade, Addie transitioned to the education sector, where she has dedicated the past 7 years to empowering students to achieve their academic aspirations. Graduating with a Master of Human Resource Management in 2020, Addie combines her passion for education with her expertise in organizational and operational management to foster an environment of support and guidance for students. She takes pride in seeing students succeed, ensuring they not only meet but exceed their educational goals. For Addie, there's no greater reward than witnessing students confidently walk across the stage at commencement, ready to embark on their next journey.

With nearly two decades of experience in Higher Education, Mariana has had the pleasure of supporting students in achieving their academic aspirations at DeVry University since 2007. Throughout the years, she have been an integral part of the graduation process, which lies at the core of student services.
